Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our experienced Sales Team.  You will be responsible for maximizing your team’s potential and creating a sales plan that will achieve our desired growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Expand customer base and ensure strong market presence.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for each market and the sales team.
  • Develop and manage sales initiatives, strategies and programs for the team.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Manage key accounts.
  • Identify emerging markets and market changes while being fully aware of new products and competition.

Requirements:

  • BS or BA degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years in sales leadership position
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Proven ability to drives the sales process from plan to close
  • B2B experience selling technical products, high technical aptitude
  • Successful experience of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong business sense
  • Industry expertise desired
  • Must be willing to travel (up to 50%)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels.
  • Experience in MS Office Product Suite & CRM
