Adaptive’s AlphaXpress LED display modules and NTCIP sign controller kits provide DOTs with a cost-effective – typically 1/3 the cost of new - alternative for updating older DMS display technology – from freeway and arterial DMS to portables. By utilizing existing sign enclosures, Adaptive’s unique retro-fit program allows display upgrades from older LED or Flip technology to high-intensity LED - significantly extending the useful life of a sign and its structure. Additionally, clients can also add Adaptive NTCIP controllers and upgrade proprietary or partially implemented NTCIP sign control software.
