Install the Prism software and plug the device into an available USB portYou will receive a message saying the drivers are not installed for the device. If you do not receive this message, go to the Device Manager and double click on the "USB Bulk Device". Go to "Drivers", and "Update Driver". You will need to Browse the PC to direct the installer to the Desktop where you extracted the files from. Choose "Browse my computer for driver software"Choose the Install X86 driver and follow the PC's prompts until finishedYour device should be installed and you may send messages to test communication

What mike Varney said does work. Once you download the update make sure you look up the usb device in the device manager and update it. You have to choose the download location where you downloaded your updates to. Then it will update and work. Thanks Mike

Using Dell Studio 15 w/ Vista and after 2 hrs finally got it to work. The missing step for me was to download an UNZIPPING TOOL to open the drivers which are compressed or zipped. Once you "extract" or unzip the drivers the program/device will work. Good Luck. Took me awhile but I Got It Done!

The Vista 64-bit Driver works great with the final version of Windows 7. Just install the update, then extract the ZIP file, plug in the BetaBrite, open Device Manager, then right click on USB Bulk Device, and Update Driver. Then browse to the folder where you have the drivers and install. That's it.

Will these drivers control more than one display at a time connected via USB?
