Intermodal transportation industry veteran joins Adaptive's management team.
John J. Hansen brings 28 years of ITS experience to Adaptive.
Milwaukee, WI, March 23, 2007 . . . Adaptive Micro Systems LLC today announces the hiring of John J. Hansen as its new ITS Business Development Manager.
Having dealt with every major ITS application in all 50 states and Canada, Hansen has seen the industry from both sides of the desk. His long-standing affiliation with the ITE, ITS and APWA and his service as a member of such committees as the Rural ITS, Weather Taskforce ITS, CVISION and CVO/ASSHTO provide a wealth of experience when it comes to understanding the needs of the industry, as well as those of individual customers across the continent.
Hansen’s addition is consistent with Adaptive’s philosophy of partnering with customers at a fundamental level. “We work closely with our customers,” notes Ron Levac, Vice President of Transportation Sales for Adaptive Micro Systems. “Rather than just selling existing products that fit an application, we’re willing to think outside the box to help customers solve their interoperability and integration challenges. John provides the experience and insights to facilitate that process.”
