Milwaukee, WI, May 24, 2006 . . . Adaptive Micro Systems LLC today announces the release of the AlphaEclipse™ Excite™ Series of LED full color digital signage. This latest generation of on-premise outdoor color digital signs is available as video displays, electronic message centers or streaming "ticker" type displays. Excite builds on the legacy of Adaptive's highly successful AlphaEclipse, StreetSmart™, RoadStar™ and Classic families, providing end users with a unique combination of unsurpassed performance, reliability and serviceability.

A Digital Video Interface (DVI) standard enables the Excite 23mm to function like a huge PC monitor. Its extraordinary functionality, connectivity and vibrant, digital PureColor display technology allow the Excite to operate seamlessly and harmoniously with other customer- owned digital signs. Thus, customer investments in enterprise software solutions and flat panel displays can be leveraged with the addition of an ExciteT digital sign. Also, a host of breakthrough performance and reliability innovations introduced in the large-character AlphaEclipseT RoadStarT Series, and incorporated throughout the popular StreetSmartT Series have been integrated into the new ExciteT Series.
