Health care benefits are designed to provide our employees and their family members with quality coverage that is both flexible and affordable. Our health care coverage includes a medical plan (along with preventive care and prescription drug coverage), together with independent and optional dental coverage.
A 401(k) Savings Plan is offered to encourage employees to save for their retirement years. Through this plan a percentage of pre-tax earnings may be deferred while Adaptive Micro Systems LLC traditionally has contributed generous matching and profit sharing contributions to help save for retirement needs.
Should employees become incapacitated and unable to work due to an illness or injury they may be eligible for our Short Term Disability (STD) or Long Term Disability (LTD) benefits.
